Our team at Nilofer Shahid has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
Fabric Variations: Fabric Variations occur from time to time due to difference in production runs at different mills. However, we at Nilofer Shahid procure the highest quality fabrics available from the best mills at home and abroad.
Your sales receipt will be emailed to you as soon as you place your order online.
Receipts for Order placed through our Sales Consultant will be either sent to you via WhatsApp or on your email.
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.

If an item is marked as 'out of stock' kindly email us or contact our Sales Consultant and we will try and manage your order.
If we are unable to source the Fabric for a particular outfit marked as out of stock, the Sales Consultant will be able to guide you to have the garment made in a different Fabric.
