MY ORDER

1.How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

Shopping at Nilofer Shahid is easy!  Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page.

You will be contacted soon in order to give you information and details about our payment methods.

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

Cash on Delivery, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Cash on Delivery: This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. While you have to pay 70% advance for the order confirmation.

You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

Credit Cards: Currently, the following credit cards are accepted at Nilofer Shahid : VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We use one of the best payment gateway in Pakistan powered by Bank Alfalah.

Bank Transfer: The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to- end via SSL encryption.

2.Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?

No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout and paid for it via credit card or bank transfer.

3.How will I know that you have received my order?

The Sales order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at cs@nilofershahid.com

4.How can I track my order?

The ‘Order History’ section on your Dashboard will give you details pertaining to your previous orders as well the status of your current order with regards to the stage of processing.

5.What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?

Your Order ID will be used to identify your order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with your Tracking ID which will allow you to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

PAYMENT

1.What is the delivery time?

Local Order delivery can take between 7-10 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order.

2.How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS. The SMS sent will be from the courier company delivering your order. You can log on to our Courier Partner’s websites for local and international orders respectively, enter your tracking ID and track your order.

3.Can orders be gift wrapped?

Yes, they can. Order can be gift wrapped at an extra charge. Kindly contact our Fashion Sales Consultant.

1.Is my personal information kept secured?

All payment and shipping data presented by our clients is kept secure and classified. Only approved personnel have access to this data.
